A zip drive is a type of removal disk storage able of sharing a reasonable amount of computer information. Even though the zip drive is thicker than a 3.5 floppy disk, otherwise it is similar in size of floppy disk. A Zip drive is a small, transferable disk drive used mainly for backing up and recording personal computer files. Zip drives are a higher capacity and higher concert drive.
Zip drives are available in two sizes, like which is of 100 megabytes and 250 megabytes. A zip drive allows a technique of saving large quantity of data on to one zip disk. We can save our work in the Zip drive which is show as a drive letter with the label of removable disk. We can save our work against a zip drive and after that we need to choose that drive and give a filename for our work and click save. Then automatically our work will be saved in the zip drive.
