Before you go to Swimming, first you have to know some basic swim techniques and you are in a good physical status for swimming. The old fashion of swimming is head 45 degree to the front, breathing at the end of the stroke and S shaped stroke. But current trend has many improvements compare old techniques. It is an best way to build up your cardiovascular conditions.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Basic Techniques:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Breathing is important to all Swimmers for comfortable swimming that must be flexible breathing to either side. Every 2 or 3 pulls has 1 to 1.5 cycles. The Efficient breath can make the successful way of swimming and reduce the wasted of valuable time.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Head Position is in line with spine. Your eye sight is side way, directly above when breathing and looking at the pool bottom when not breathing.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">One Arm is recovering and the other one is to be leading at any times. The training period of swim allows arm and legs, muscles to recovering and then increases their basic stamina.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It takes very small effort to do the elementary back stroke, you will not go quickly but you can go pretty far.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Front quadrants have more of a catch up with hands overlapping in the part from the shoulders forward. The shoulder position is high recovery arm side and position is low on pulling arm side. The Shoulder and hip connection is perfectly maintained by Trunk. The hip process is attempt to starting body rotation from the hips.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In Feet formula is, Faster Feet = Faster Pull = Faster Swim that also be managed. There are many kick rhythms are available from 2 beat through 6 beat with naturally.</p>
