Bro BEN and JOSEPH they put a burden on the lord.The lord gave them a training tour called as SCHOOL OF WORKERS(SOW).Since 1975 the SOW in its infancy has been used to train young believers,it started in Philippines to become workers.Several house,office were established as a result.In 1985 they went to a tribal pastor in mindanao,during this time mindano indauyency actions were held Daevio city.Mandanao is the largest commercial counter,the city were called as munder city,because at least 5 dead body were found floating in the river.
Five years later more than 2000 people were trained there and over 10,000 conversions were resulted from the one among evangelism.Then the training center were established duplicating the works started by the grace of the lord.One tribal pastor of Mandanio attended the SOW,he applied the strategy (Art of war) of training workers and planting churches.Before SOW he was struggling for associate pastor to several trible churches.
After SOW he was able to plant 47 new tribal church and train 114 workers.After that Mandanao has become our laboratory for training in Asia countries.After that in past 5 years the SOW team has traveled to THAILAND,VIETNAM,BURMA,INDIA,CHINA.
