Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh is showing steady improvement after his heart surgery and is all set to be present at the G-20 summit to be held in London on April 2nd. Incidentally this will be his first meeting with the newly designated American president Mr. Barack Obama.
The speculation over the uncertainty about the Prime Minister’s visit has come to an end when his office confirmed his four day visit to London. The conference is expected to create a collective policy to deal with the recent economic recession all around the world.
The get-together, hosted by the British Prime Minister Gordon Brown has formally sent invitations to the leaders of countries all around the globe. The aim of the summit is to decide actions to battle the financial catastrophe faced by the world today. The learned leaders of different country are likely to find ways of bringing the fast emerging economic crisis to a standstill.
Panels of external affairs and security officials have just returned from London after inspecting the preparations of Manmohan Singh’s stay over there.
