Cement is a fine, soft, powdery-type material were it is made from a combination of elements that are found in natural resources for example limestone, clay, sand. Two different types of cements are available like, white cement and gray cement. Were white cement is more expensive then the gray cement. To construct & strong the building the cement is very important thing. To manufacture the cement some of main process should be maintained. To begin the manufacture of cement limestone and some basic raw materials are used.
After that the limestone is mixed with clay and then the ground in the crusher and fed into the preservative soil. Soil, iron and the bottom ash are mixed with the limestone and clay are mixed with the fine powder in a 2000 hp roller mill. Then the fine powder is heated trough the pre heater tower keen on a large oven. After this the new product is created known as clinker. After that this clinker will mix with the small amount of gypsum and limestone and finally ground in a finishing mill.
